Remuneration Policy

  • The members of the Board perform their duties on a voluntary basis.
  • Board members receive no remuneration for their activities.
  • Board members receive no attendance fees.
  • Board members receive no expense allowances.
  • The remuneration policy of the foundation is therefore €0 (zero euro).

Management of Assets

  • The foundation maintains only the limited financial resources required for its operations.
  • The foundation currently holds approximately €4,000–€5,000 in a savings account with Triodos Bank in the Netherlands.
  • The funds are held securely in the bank account and are used solely for the charitable purposes of the foundation.
  • Only the Treasurer has authorization (Power of Disposal) to access and manage the bank account.
  • Board members do not receive attendance fees, expense allowances, or any other financial benefits.

Objective and Mission

Stichting Narayan Seva Sansthan Nederland is dedicated to supporting humanitarian,
medical, rehabilitation, educational, and social welfare initiatives for underprivileged
and differently-abled individuals.

The foundation aims to improve the quality of life of vulnerable communities by supporting
projects that provide medical treatment, rehabilitation services, educational opportunities,
and emergency relief.

Through its activities, the foundation seeks to promote dignity, self-reliance,
inclusion, and equal opportunities for people in need, regardless of their background,
nationality, religion, or ethnicity.

Activities of the Foundation

To achieve its objectives, the foundation supports and promotes activities including:

Medical Assistance

Supporting access to healthcare, surgeries, medical treatment,
and related services for individuals in need.

Rehabilitation

Supporting rehabilitation programs and initiatives that help differently-abled
individuals become self-reliant and participate fully in society.

Emergency Aid

Providing assistance and support during emergencies, natural disasters,
humanitarian crises, and other urgent situations.

Fundraising and Management of Funds

  • The foundation raises funds through donations and contributions from supporters and benefactors.
  • All donations are deposited directly into the foundation’s bank account.
  • The full amount of received donations is retained in the bank account until it is allocated for the foundation’s charitable objectives.
  • The foundation manages its financial resources prudently and exclusively for the realisation of its statutory objectives.

Use of Assets

  • The foundation does not possess significant assets or investments.
  • Any available funds are used exclusively to support the foundation’s charitable mission
    and objectives, including medical assistance, rehabilitation initiatives,
    educational support, and emergency aid programs.
  • The foundation does not distribute profits to founders, board members,
    or any private individuals.
